Continuous review

The Continuous review feature in ClarityLoop helps shift the traditional, end-of-year review process into an ongoing, day-to-day practice. It gives managers a clear, real-time view of growth, performance, and development without the pressure of formal review cycles.

What continuous review provides

The dashboard presents a timeline of key development areas, with data available over the past 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years. This timeline helps teams track performance as a continuous journey rather than a single retrospective snapshot.

Key areas tracked

  1. Level changes

    • See when someone moved to a new level within the career framework.
    • Track which skills or competencies were developed to support the transition.
  2. OKR progress

    • Monitor how objectives have evolved and progressed over time.
    • See completed, ongoing, and stalled OKRs across the selected period.
  3. Work linked to growth opportunities

    • View objectives that were connected to growth opportunities.
    • Understand how these growth areas have evolved based on feedback and actions.
  4. Work aligned with company values

    • Track objectives that were linked to core company values.
    • Identify patterns in how individuals have demonstrated and reinforced these values.
  5. 1:1 meeting actions and follow-through

    • See how actions were assigned and whether they were completed or left pending.
    • Identify patterns, such as consistent action completion or frequent follow-ups.
