The "Add to ClarityLoop" button on pull requests (PRs) allows users to attach GitHub activity to feedback, 1:1 agendas, OKRs, or career development discussions—ensuring technical contributions are recognized and connected to broader growth opportunities.

What the GitHub integration includes​

Installing the GitHub integration​

📌 Only workspace owners can install the GitHub integration.

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations
  2. Find GitHub and click "Add to GitHub"
  3. Authorize ClarityLoop to access your GitHub organization
  4. Enable the integration for your repositories

👉 IMPORTANT: Email Consistency

  • Ensure that each workspace member's GitHub public email matches the email they use to access ClarityLoop.

Once installed, the "Add to ClarityLoop" link appears on PRs, allowing teams to seamlessly attach work to key performance and development areas.

How to use GitHub with ClarityLoop​

Attaching PRs to feedback, OKRs, and 1:1s​

  • Click "Add to ClarityLoop" on a PR.
  • Choose where to attach it: feedback, OKRs, a 1:1 agenda, or career frameworks.
  • ClarityLoop processes the PR to extract insights and structure meaningful feedback.
