Understanding credits
Credits are only relevant for teams on the Community Plan. They mainly manage access to ClarityLoop's AI-powered capabilities.
How credits work:
- Every Community Plan user receives 10 credits per week.
- Credits reset automatically every Monday—unused credits don't roll over.
- Credits are consumed when performing certain actions involving AI or performance insights.
Tip: For small teams, 10 credits per user per week often provide enough capacity for consistent feedback and insights.

- Total: 8 credits (leaving 2 credits for the rest of the week)
Scenario 2:
A user generates 2 OKR recommendations, refines one piece of feedback, and adds two actions during a 1:1 meeting.
- OKR recommendations: 2 × 1 = 2 credits
- Feedback refinement: 1 × 1 = 1 credit
- Actions in 1:1s: 2 × 1 = 2 credits
- Total: 5 credits (leaving 5 credits for the rest of the week)
