Live Progress Summary
When a coaching conversation matters, recency alone is not enough.
Live Progress Summary gives you the development story over time for one person, so you can coach from trends and follow-through, not memory.
How to open it
From Line Report Details, click View Progress Summary.

What this view is built for
This page helps you answer questions like:
- Is this a temporary dip or a consistent pattern?
- Are growth areas turning into goal movement?
- Are meeting commitments being completed?
You can evaluate those answers across 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years.
How to interpret the page
Start with the snapshot counters (feedback sent/received and sentiment change) to get a fast orientation. Then review progression context, goal movement, growth and values alignment, and finally 1-1/meeting follow-through.
Read together, these sections tell you whether coaching is producing visible behavior and outcome change.

FAQs
Is this only for formal review cycles?
No. It is designed for continuous coaching and works equally well for formal review prep.
Why is it called Live Progress Summary?
Because it reflects current signals as feedback, goals, and follow-through evolve.
What is the common mistake here?
Treating the page as a scorecard. It is more useful as a coaching narrative with evidence.
