Actions
Actions make your 1-1 commitments visible and trackable between meetings.
Create actions from real conversation
You can create actions by:
- adding manually in meeting context
- converting agenda items into actions
- generating AI-suggested actions from notes + agenda context (with review before apply)
Every action carries summary, assignee, and status: Open, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled.

Use the Kanban board for flow
In Meeting Actions, you can switch to a Kanban board view to see work by status and move follow-through forward visually. You can also switch to list view, filter by status or My actions, and group by status or assignee.
Keep continuity across recurring 1-1s
Use All actions (past + future) in recurring series to track momentum across meetings, not just one occurrence. This keeps coaching grounded in actual progress.
A practical action rhythm
- End each meeting with owned actions.
- Keep actions specific and observable.
- Review open/in-progress actions before adding more.
- Use movement across statuses as a coaching signal.
