Creating an announcement

Creating announcements in ClarityLoop is a simple way to celebrate achievements, milestones, and value-driven behaviors. Announcements help build a positive team culture by giving visibility to impactful work.

How to create an announcement​

  1. Open the announcement panel:

    • Go to Org > Announcements or use the "Announce" button from the sidebar.

  2. Fill in the announcement details:

    • Summary: A brief, attention-grabbing title. (e.g., "Great work on the product launch!")
    • Mention individuals (optional): Select team members to highlight their contributions.
    • Details: Provide context about the achievement or event.
    • Supporting material (optional): Attach relevant links, documents, or images.
    • Link to a value (optional): Tag a company value to reinforce cultural principles.

  3. Publish the announcement:

    • Click Announce to share the announcement with the entire workspace.

How announcements are shared​

  • Org > Announcements: Announcements are displayed here for everyone in the organization.
  • Email notifications: All team members receive an email with the announcement details.

Best practices for effective announcements​

  • Keep the summary clear and concise: Make it easy to understand at a glance.
  • Add meaningful context: Help others appreciate the achievement by providing key details.
  • Tag relevant values: Reinforce behaviors that align with company culture.
