ClarityLoop tracks feedback where company values are explicitly mentioned or tagged. The system uses these data points to surface individuals who exemplify key behaviors tied to the organization's values.

Example:
If "Collaboration" is a core value, someone regularly recognized for teamwork and clear communication might appear as a value champion.

What you’ll see

  • Send a shoutout: Recognize individuals directly from the Value Champions view.
