Use notes as context
Notes are most powerful when you attach them to the workflows where decisions get made. This lets you turn raw observations into structured context for feedback, meetings, and goals.
Where notes can be used​
You can attach a note to:
- Feedback you are giving or receiving
- Feedback requests you send
- Meeting agendas (especially 1:1s)
- Goal comments and updates
When you attach a note, the content becomes visible wherever that item is visible.
Attach a note from the notes list​
- Go to You -> Notes.
- Open the menu for a note.
- Click Add to....
- Choose the destination and confirm.
Attach a note while editing​
You can also add a note while editing feedback, agendas, or goals.
- Open the item you are working on.
- Use the Notes tab in the right-side Context feed.
- Search or select a note to attach.
Tips​
- Write notes with reuse in mind: include quick bullets for situation, action, and outcome.
- Add links or screenshots so the context is immediately understandable.
- Archive after use to keep your notes list clean (you can always restore later).
