Who sets it up​

Workspace owners install Confluence for the workspace.

How to connect Confluence​

  1. Open Workspace Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find Confluence.
  3. Open the install instructions in ClarityLoop.
  4. Use the provided install URL in your Confluence Apps > Manage apps flow.

For reliable user matching, Atlassian email visibility should be set to Anyone.

How people use it​

After setup, people can bring Confluence pages into ClarityLoop from Confluence using the Add to ClarityLoop flow.

This is most helpful when the page gives useful evidence for a conversation, for example:

  • strong written thinking behind a decision
  • project communication that helped align a team
  • documentation that shows ownership and follow-through

How ClarityLoop uses Confluence data​

  • Automatic context: supported Confluence flows can bring page details and page-level collaboration into ClarityLoop so feedback and growth signals are grounded in the actual thinking behind the work.
  • Manual linking: people can also attach a Confluence page directly when it is the best evidence for a feedback note, 1:1 topic, request, or goal.
