What the Confluence integration includes

Installing the Confluence integration

📌 Only workspace owners can install the Confluence integration.

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations
  2. Find Confluence and click the "Connect" icon
  3. Authorize ClarityLoop to access your Confluence instance by following the on-screen instructions

👉 Additional Setup: Email Visibility Configuration

For proper integration and to ensure seamless communication across your workspace, ensure that every workspace member’s email visibility is set to Anyone. To update this setting:

  • Go to Manage account > Profile and visibility > Contact > Email address (who can see this?)

Once installed and configured, the "Add to ClarityLoop" button appears on Confluence pages, allowing teams to seamlessly attach work to performance and growth areas.
