Workspace owners connect HubSpot for the workspace.

How to connect HubSpot​

  1. Open Workspace Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find HubSpot.
  3. Choose Connect HubSpot.
  4. Complete the OAuth flow in HubSpot.

Each ClarityLoop workspace connects to one HubSpot portal.

How people use it​

Once connected, supported HubSpot deal links can be used anywhere ClarityLoop accepts context.

Use HubSpot when the deal helps explain:

  • what kind of customer work someone handled
  • why a result mattered commercially
  • where a customer-facing example belongs in a feedback or growth conversation

How ClarityLoop uses HubSpot data​

  • Automatic context: supported HubSpot flows can bring deal context into ClarityLoop so customer-impact conversations are tied to real commercial work.
  • Manual linking: people can also attach a deal directly when it is the best example for feedback, a 1:1, a request, or a goal discussion.

Who can install HubSpot?

Only workspace owners can connect it for the workspace.

Can one workspace connect multiple HubSpot portals?

No. Each ClarityLoop workspace connects to one portal.

Why does a deal link fail to load?

The deal usually belongs to a different HubSpot portal than the one connected to the workspace, or the integration is no longer active.

How do we disconnect it?

Remove the integration from Workspace Settings > Integrations.
