Installing the Bitbucket integration​

📌 Only workspace owners can install the Bitbucket integration.

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Integrations
  2. Find Bitbucket and click "Connect"
  3. Install the ClarityLoop app in your Bitbucket instance:
    • Navigate to Settings > Apps > Manage apps in your Bitbucket instance
    • Use the provided installation URL to install ClarityLoop
    • The app will be configured with necessary webhooks and permissions automatically

👉 IMPORTANT: Email Consistency

  • Ensure that each workspace member's Bitbucket email matches the email they use to access ClarityLoop.

Once installed, the "Add to ClarityLoop" link appears on PRs, allowing teams to seamlessly attach work to key performance and development areas.
