Subprocessors
ClarityLoop engages a small number of trusted third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery of our product. These partners may process Customer Personal Data in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.
What is a Subprocessor?​
A Subprocessor is a third-party vendor that ClarityLoop contracts with to help operate the service and deliver core features, such as infrastructure, email delivery, or analytics. These vendors may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.

How to get notified of updates​
To receive email notifications when ClarityLoop adds new Subprocessors, contact security@clarityloop.com with the subject line: Subscribe to Subprocessor Updates
. We’ll notify you at least 10 business days in advance of any new additions.

What’s Not Included​
These tools do not process Customer Personal Data and are not considered Subprocessors:
- Collaboration tools used internally (e.g., Notion, Slack)
- CRM or marketing systems that are not connected to customer data
- Third-party integrations chosen and connected directly by the customer (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Slack for context links)
