Complete reviews
This page is for reviewers completing self, team, or panel reviews.
Where to find your reviews
Go to Performance > Reviews. You will see tabs for:
- Self Review for your own review stages
- Team Reviews for your direct reports
- Panel Reviews when you are assigned as a panel reviewer
Each review cycle shows reviewees in rows and stages in columns. Due dates and stage labels are shown in the table header. Team and panel tabs also show a progress bar for your completion rate.
What the status means
- Not Started: You have not begun the stage yet.
- In Progress: You have a draft saved.
- Completed: Your response is submitted.
- Missed: The stage closed before you submitted.
Start or continue a review
- Find the reviewee and stage.
- Click Start Review if the stage is open.
- Click Continue Review if you already started.
- Click View Review after you submit.
Stages can be locked until the schedule allows them to open. If stages run in order, a later stage opens only after the previous stage closes or all responses are submitted.
Blind mode (all at once)
If the cycle is set to All at once (blind), all stages open together, but you cannot view other submitted responses until you submit your own response for that stage.
Panel selection (when required)
Some panel stages allow the manager or reviewee to select panel members later. If this applies to you, you will see Select panel or Change panel next to the stage. Choose panel members before the stage closes. You can update the panel until the stage closes.
Answer questions well
Review questions can include rating scales, yes/no, single or multiple choice, open text, and info blocks.
- Required questions must be answered before you can submit.
- Free text responses use rich text and support links.
- Attach context from your work feed or notes to strengthen your answers.
- Refine with AI if you want help polishing a response.
To attach context, click Attach and pick items from your work feed or notes.
Drafts save automatically as you type.
Submit your review
When you click Submit Review, your response is locked. You cannot edit it unless one of these happens:
- A review owner requests changes
- You request a reopen and the owner approves it
Change requests
If an owner requests changes, you will see a banner on your response. Update the response and resubmit it.
Reopen requests
If you submitted too early or need to update your response, request a reopen. Once approved, you can edit and resubmit the review.
If you miss a deadline
If a stage closes before you submit, the status shows Missed and the response is locked.
