Publishing values

Once you've defined your core values, publishing them makes them available across ClarityLoop. Published values become visible in feedback, insights, announcements, and reports like Value Distribution.

Who can publish values?​

  • Workspace owners can publish or edit values.

Steps to publish values​

  1. Open the company values:

    • Go to Company Values from the sidebar.

  2. Review your values:

    • Ensure names, descriptions, behaviors, and resources are complete.

  3. Click 'Publish':

    • The values immediately become available across the workspace.

Where published values are used​

  • Feedback: Users can link values when giving feedback.
  • Insights: Displays how values are demonstrated across teams.
  • Announcements: Highlights value-driven achievements.
  • Value Distribution: Shows individuals who consistently demonstrate key values.
  • Org-wide visibility: Everyone can view company values in the Org section.

FAQs​

Can I edit values after publishing?

Yes, but significant changes should be communicated to the team.

What if we need to remove a value?

Remove the value from active use, as long as it's not already linked to an OKR or feedback etc.
