What ClarityLoop helps you do
ClarityLoop is designed to support performance and development continuously, not only at formal review points.
In practice, teams use it to:
- capture useful work context while it is still fresh
- give and request feedback with better evidence
- run more focused 1:1s with clearer follow-through
- turn recurring themes into goals and track progress over time
- help managers coach from patterns instead of memory alone
1. Access your workspace
Go to ClarityLoop login:
- New user: sign up and create a workspace.
- Existing workspace: join through an invite link from your admin or manager.
- Sign in with email and password, Google, Microsoft, or company SSO (if enabled).

2. Complete one-time setup
Complete this once so daily work is easier:
- Everyone: update your profile in Account settings and set notification preferences.
- Workspace owners: review Workspace settings, members and roles, and integrations.
Important: integrations are recommended, not required. You can start using ClarityLoop immediately and connect tools over time.
3. Start from Home
Use Home as your starting point.
It gives you one view of what matters now, including:
- tasks and follow-ups
- meetings and actions
- goals and growth signals
From there, follow the path that matches your role.
4. Choose the guide that matches your role
Start with the path that best matches how you will use ClarityLoop first. Each guide gives you:
- a recommended watch order
- the first actions to take in the product
- the most relevant docs to go deeper next
