HiBob integration
HiBob is useful when you want ClarityLoop membership and reporting lines to stay aligned with your HR system of record. This is less about convenience and more about keeping people data trustworthy.

Use HiBob when you want ClarityLoop to stay in step with:
- employee joins
- title and profile updates
- manager changes
- onboarding timing based on start dates
Who sets it up​
Workspace owners connect HiBob for the workspace.
Before you connect​
- employee email addresses should match between HiBob and ClarityLoop
- the HiBob app should have the read access needed for employee data
How to connect HiBob​
- Open
Workspace Settings > Integrations. - Find
HiBob. - Choose
Connect HiBob. - Complete the OAuth flow.
You can also start from the HiBob Marketplace, but make sure you are logged into the correct ClarityLoop workspace first, because the install attaches to the current workspace owner session.
What sync changes in practice​
Once connected, ClarityLoop can:
- invite new employees from HiBob into the workspace
- update synced member details such as title and manager
- start onboarding when a new employee’s start date is near
While the integration is active, the fields coming from HiBob should be treated as system-of-record data rather than something to maintain manually in ClarityLoop.
How the sync behaves​
ClarityLoop checks HiBob on a recurring schedule, so updates are not always instant. If you connect HiBob and do not see changes right away, wait for the next sync window before assuming something is broken.
