Plans and credits

Plans matter when they start shaping how the workspace can operate. For most owners, that comes down to team size, governance needs, and whether credit limits are getting in the way of regular use.

Choose the plan based on how the workspace needs to run

Community works best when a smaller team wants to get started with ClarityLoop and can stay within the built-in limits.

Professional is the better fit when the workspace needs more scale, tighter access control, or advanced growth structure and insight workflows.

Community limits that owners actually feel

The Community plan includes real operating limits:

  • up to 10 members
  • 10 credits per user per week
  • up to 3 surveys
  • up to 3 review cycles
  • up to 2 custom reports

There is also a workspace-creation limit: one person can own up to 2 active Community workspaces.

What Professional changes

Professional removes the limits that usually become painful first:

  • unlimited users
  • unlimited credits
  • SAML SSO
  • career frameworks
  • broader advanced survey and insight capabilities

For current commercial packaging and pricing details, see ClarityLoop Pricing.

How to think about credits

Credits matter only on the Community plan.

They are per user, not pooled across the workspace. In practice, teams feel credit usage most around AI-assisted actions. Two useful reference points are:

  • sending feedback uses 2 credits
  • many generation or refinement actions use 1 credit

ClarityLoop shows credit usage in context, so people do not need to memorize every action.

Signs the workspace has outgrown Community

Owners usually feel ready for Professional when one of these starts happening regularly:

  • invites are blocked by the member cap
  • the team needs SSO
  • credit limits create repeated friction
  • the workspace needs career frameworks or deeper insights

FAQs

Do unused Community credits roll over?

No. Community credits are weekly and do not bank.

Can we buy extra credits without upgrading?

No. The product pushes teams toward upgrading rather than topping up Community credits.

Where can owners see the current workspace plan?

From the workspace settings area and the plan page in the product.

Who needs to care about credits?

Community-plan workspaces. Professional does not have credit caps.
