Linear integration
Linear is useful when issue work helps explain delivery, prioritization, or follow-through. In ClarityLoop, the point is to bring the right issue context into feedback and manager conversations, not to recreate your issue tracker.
What Linear helps with
Use Linear when you want issue context to support:
- feedback grounded in real delivery work
- 1:1s that refer to concrete examples
- goals or follow-up actions connected to real execution
Who sets it up
Workspace owners connect Linear for the workspace.
How to connect Linear
- Open
Workspace Settings > Integrations. - Find
Linear. - Choose
Connect Linear. - Complete the OAuth flow.
Each ClarityLoop workspace connects to one Linear organization.
How people use it
Once connected, members can attach supported Linear issue links in places where ClarityLoop accepts context.
Use Linear context when the issue actually improves the conversation, for example:
- a delivery example behind feedback
- a blocker worth revisiting in a 1:1
- a piece of work that makes a goal more concrete
How ClarityLoop uses Linear data
Automatic context: supported Linear flows can bring issue details and issue-level collaboration into ClarityLoop so work patterns and growth signals are grounded in actual delivery work.Manual linking: people can also attach a Linear issue directly when it is the best evidence for feedback, a request, a 1:1 topic, or a goal update.
